Million Dollar Views In The Heart of Lincoln Park

Million Dollar Views In The Heart of Lincoln Park

October 27, 2015   | Category: News

Lincoln Park is known for having the best of the best – the best schools, best parks, best shops, best restaurants…the list goes on. But the best views? Not necessarily. Because the neighborhood is primarily comprised of low-rise buildings, panoramic views of Lincoln Park, Lake Michigan and downtown Chicago are highly unusual from the neighborhood’s interior.

However Webster Square Condominiums is a notable exception to this rule. As the adaptive re-use of the former Lincoln Park Hospital, the 12-story building offers unobstructed lake, park, and skyline views from many of the 95 condominium residences. In fact, even some lower floor condos at Webster Square have views unlike any other homes in the area. Take a look:

With no tall buildings to block views to the east, residents are treated to lake views even from the middle floors of the building.

The 10th floor offers some of the most incredible views in the city, with the entire skyline in sight. Webster Square’s landscaped rooftop sundeck offers a similar view.

Looking west, the 10th floor offers views of Oz Park, the DePaul neighborhood and spectacular.
